How to get out from GPCD building in Batman arkham origins

There are many people who are stuck in the GPCD building. Actually it is not a bug or error in the game. When batman fights with the swat officers there will be a door to the exit but many people misses this door because of a stair case to the down stairs. If that door is missed then you can reach there only through another way. Many people have discussed about climbing through a ladder from sewers but that is not possible or you can't find such a ladder to the exit. The real way is shown clearly in the below screen shots.


       Below is the swat managers office location. From this place you should use your remote claw and make a wire  and then you will be able to find the way to the exit. Check out the map of this place below.
