A hosted google adsense account is a separate adsense account which can be used only for the host partner websites. These accounts are similar to the normal adsense accounts. Only limitation to this account is that we cannot use this  account for the newly created websites. Some of the host popular host partner websites are Blogger.com, Youtube.com, Hubpages.com etc. When an account is appoved through a host partner site we will be able to see the text "Hosted account at the top of the adsense account.

We can change this hosted adsense account to a normal adsense account by using  a new website. When Google adsense is approved through such a new website then we will not see the text "hosted account".
